The Belhumeurs are very committed to their community and take an active role. Gary served as the President of the Arbor Estates Homeowners Association for 6 years and also served on the Board of Directors for the Lake Arbor Master Homeowners Association for 4 years. He created two Neighborhood Watch groups and initiated an Operation ID program in his neighborhood. 

Each year Gary and Cindy sponsor a neighborhood garage sale with approximately 120 homes participating. They periodically conduct charity events in their neighborhoods such as Coat & Food Drives to help the needy. Since much of their income is derived from these neighborhoods, the Belhumeur's believe in giving something back to their community.
