My rates are considerable less because I am independent. I own my own company and have built the company with very low overhead. I don’t have to pay Re/Max, Coldwell Banker, Century 21 or other large national franchise company fees, national advertising fees, commission splits and transaction fees. These savings are passed on to you in the form of reasonable listing commissions. All my company’s marketing expenses are directly spent marketing the properties we list – not promoting our company name.
